Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RecruitersNexus website at www.recruitersnexus.com and its related services. "RecruitersNexus", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the platform. "You" means anyone who visits or uses it.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a service or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Our services

Nexus AI mock interviewer. Practice interviews answered by voice or by typing, with automatic scoring and feedback, covering 300+ professions, four difficulty levels (easy, moderate, hard, extreme) and many languages. An optional camera feature analyses body language on your own device; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Exam board interview practice. Practice for interviews such as CSS, PMS, FPSC, PPSC, KPPSC, ISSB, UPSC, visa interviews and IELTS speaking.
Employers and HR. Job posting, AI screening interviews of applicants, and live video mock interviews with human HR experts.
Nexus Board Championship. A free monthly competition for FPSC, CSS, PMS and similar exam candidates (see section 10).

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live with the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the platform.
You can sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or an email address and password.
One account per person. You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Pakistani users who register as HR experts may be asked for a CNIC for verification. It is stored securely and used only for verification.

4. Prices and payments

Current prices, in US dollars:

Job interview: $1
Exam board interview: $2
HR job screening: $3 per job post (up to 50 AI interviews)
Human HR expert session: $3

AI interviews are currently free during our launch period. Prices may change; we will show any change on the site before it applies to new purchases.

Wallet top-ups can be paid by local transfer (Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank) to the account shown in your Wallet, which we credit after checking the transaction ID, or by card through our payment partner Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Their own terms also apply. We do not store full card numbers. Submitting a false or reused transaction ID may lead to account suspension. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

cheat, including using another person or an AI tool to answer interviews for you;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications or employer;
create multiple accounts or share your account;
scrape, copy, or bulk-download questions, content or data from the platform;
attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of the platform;
harass, abuse or threaten other users, candidates, employers or HR experts;
upload or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers, profile details and other content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the services to you (and, for job applications, to the employer you applied to), and to improve the services. This includes using interview answers in anonymised form to improve our question bank, for example to calculate question difficulty statistics and to build example answers.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

7. AI scores and feedback

Scores and feedback are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
They are practice aids only, not professional, career, legal or immigration advice.
We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam, be selected, get a visa or get a job.
When enabled, a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) may be used to write questions or feedback, and your answers may be sent to it for that purpose.

8. Exam board practice

RecruitersNexus is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any exam board, public service commission, government body or embassy, including those named on this site. Exam names are used only to describe what you can practise for. Our interviews are practice only and do not predict or affect any official result.

9. Employers and HR

Employers are solely responsible for their job posts, their hiring decisions and for complying with all laws that apply to them, including employment, anti-discrimination and data protection laws.
AI screening scores are estimates. They must not be the sole basis for a hiring decision; a human should review candidates.
Employers may use candidate data only to assess applicants for the job they applied to.
HR experts must give honest, respectful feedback and must not ask candidates for payment outside the platform.

10. Nexus Board Championship rules

The Nexus Board Championship is a free monthly competition. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying a service does not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.

Eligible exams

CSS, PMS (all provinces), FPSC, PPSC, KPPSC, SPSC, BPSC and AJKPSC.

Schedule (Pakistan time)

Days 1–24, practice round: extreme-level interviews for the eligible exams are recorded on a live leaderboard.
Days 25–28, final round: one attempt per person. All finalists for the same exam that month get the same 8 extreme-level questions. The final is in English only and your camera must be on.
Day 29 to the end of the month: results.

Ranking

Finalists are ranked by highest final score. Ties are broken by knowledge score, then by earliest submission. Scores are AI estimates.

Integrity and disqualification

We may disqualify an entry, at our sole discretion, for any of the following:

your face is visible less than 80% of the time;
you leave the interview tab more than 2 times;
copied or shared answers, such as very high similarity with another finalist's answers;
multiple accounts or impersonation;
using another person or an AI tool to answer.

The top 5 entries for each exam are reviewed by an administrator before results are announced.

Prize

The #1 finalist receives $30 USD in cash, paid within 30 days after verification by a method we agree with the winner (for example bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Payoneer).
The winner may be asked to verify their identity before payment.
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their name, photo (if provided), exam, city and a short quote being shown in the "Hall of Champions" on our home page.

General

We may change, suspend or cancel a month's championship by posting a notice on the site. Our decisions on eligibility, ranking and disqualification are final.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country or browser. Features that depend on your browser, such as voice recognition, text-to-speech and the camera, may not work on every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost opportunities, lost income or exam or hiring outcomes), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, misuses the platform or files a chargeback without first contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
