Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on www.recruitersnexus.com ("RecruitersNexus", "we"), including job interviews, exam board interviews, HR job screening and human HR expert sessions. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. All sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Our services are digital and are made available to you as soon as you buy them. We do not give refunds for, among other things:

  • unused or partly used interviews, sessions or job screening credits;
  • a change of mind after purchase;
  • a low score or feedback you disagree with;
  • not being selected for a job, exam, visa or programme;
  • problems caused by your own device, browser, microphone, camera or internet connection.

AI interviews are currently free during our launch period, so you can try the service before paying for anything.

2. Limited exceptions

We will only make an exception in these cases:

  • Not delivered due to our technical fault. You were charged but the service was not delivered because of a technical fault on our side.
  • Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same item.

In either case, email us within 7 days of the charge with the transaction ID. After checking, we will either re-credit the service to your account or refund that charge.

Where a law that applies to you gives you a refund right that cannot be waived, nothing in this policy removes that right.

3. How to report a technical issue

Email recruitersnexus@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and include:

  • the email address of your RecruitersNexus account;
  • the transaction ID and payment provider (for example JazzCash);
  • the date, time and amount of the charge;
  • what you bought and what went wrong, with screenshots if possible;
  • the device and browser you were using.

We aim to reply within a few working days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to suspension of your account.

5. Championship prize

Entry to the monthly Nexus Board Championship is free, and the prize is not a purchase, so this policy does not apply to it. See the Championship rules in our Terms of Use.
